Anyone else afraid of being lonely?

I'm 22 and I'm afraid that I'll be lonely forever. I don't have friends, I don't have a GF, I don't have a job, I don't have a license, I don't have a car. I'm scared because my parents are sick of me and my health is declining to the point where I could be bedridden all the time soon so I won't be able to work at that rate. I don't even know what to do. I don't even know what I'm good at anymore. I'm tired of being alone all the time. I'm tired of being rejected by women. I'm tired. I'm tired of everything. I'm tired of my life.
