I am a 47 year old woman, and I've never admitted this before to anyone, but I'm extremely lonely. I don't know how to break out of this. I'm a normal person, not socially awkward, have a long term job, but I'm just so alone. It's like I've forgotten what it's like to interact with people.

I'm reaching out, and I can say that I feel extremely vulnerable.
