A hilarious moment that just occurred in front of everyone lol. An old guy (not sure his age but seemed late 50's and early 60's) came out from the crowd and asked me (14 year old) for a lighter. I said I dont smoke and dont have a lighter. And he said that he needs a lighter and he cant buy himself one at the nearest supermarket. He was protesting against lgbt and took out a flag saying he was Ukrainian (which is odd because he was speaking with a lithuanian accent) and I called him and told him that he is in Lithuania and that the flag he's holding and protesting with is wrong because Ukraine is actually pro-lgbt. He took it back and put it away (this is just a background info, the important stuff will be told below).

Long story short I gave him some money for a lighter, he said "I wont pay you back" and I said "No problem because I dont need it and it will help you get a lighter" and he said OK I'll come back and get you the money. And I said "No problem dont worry about it". For 15-20 minutes he went away and came back. When he came back I was at the cross and he took out a cigarette and started smoking. I just dont think it was a coincidence that right at the time he came back he was smoking. The most likely explanation is that he had a lighter the whole time and that he took the money from me.

This is just one thing out of the many that happened when I was at the cross. My take on all of this is that this is what you get when you protest against lgbt. He had no problems giving me the lgbt flag back so he can get the money, and he had no problem lighting a cigarette the second he got the money. Why should I trust people that do not have neither the courage nor the guts to speak out against me (a 14 year old) but they have the guts to be against a community that they dont even belong to? This is why I think that lgbt should be protected because the lgbt protection laws dont just protect lgbt people but they protect the citizens from people who are capable of doing such horrible things.
