What if Earth had 4 Celestial Bodies and how would it affect the planet?

So I was thinking, imagine if we had 4 celestial bodies in the sky, and had the same rotation time as now, but only had 1 moon, and 3 suns, how would the planet change?

Imagine, when 1/2 of the suns were hidden, the other 2 are still in the sky, you would have an eternal day that would be divided into 3 parts.. The first half of the day, you would have 2 suns in the sky, then slowly, the 3rd sun would rise, giving the planet more light, so you would have the brightest day, and then the brightest part of the day would be gone as the 3rd sun sinks below the horizon, and then you would be met with the original 2 suns that you had at the start of the day...

In this scenario, you would only have 6 hours of the brightest light, and then 6 hours of "normal" day, before the suns set, but would it actually set? Because there is still 1 sun in the sky, so you would never really have night on the planet, but you would have the darkest part of the day, which would be 12 hours of the least brightness.

How would the planet actually look like with 3 suns? Would the plants and the trees need to adapt to the environment with the constant shifting and energy from the additional 2 suns?
