So the truth is, I’m super lazy when it comes to doing chores, I don’t like to drink tap water, my fridge has no water dispenser, I tend to buy plastic water bottles when I go shopping, and I don’t drink soda.<br><br>I knew I gotta be more proactive on taking care of our environment, so I decided to purchase tree saplings and plant one tree every time I use a new plastic water bottle. Some days I drink 3 plastic water bottles, and I have to plant 3 trees.<br><br>If you think you can’t do it, remember that the first step to getting started is that you need to be lazy. It’s not like you have to plant trees all day, I usually take about 15 minutes per week to plant my trees. You can also do it once a month or whatever works best for you. It’s not much work at all.<br><br>I started planting trees 5 months ago and now I have planted over 150 trees. I’m not a world class environmentalist, I’m not the best person when it comes to doing chores, but what I’m doing is way better than doing nothing. I believe you can also do this, and with your friends and family doing the same, it will be better than nothing at all.
