Dear Kightling,

I don't know why you still insist on being a racist, I still can't quite fathom why. What do you get out of it? I'm sure you are not actually that fond of sending some of your hard-earned tax money to different coloured people. Perhaps this makes you angry. Are these feelings of racism and resentment that you still eventually have from time to time not tiring? Do you not feel it is time to evolve your outdated viewpoint about race and embrace diversity.

If you are in any doubt about your racist views, please continue reading this letter. It may change your life for the better.

I, on the other hand, am not racist at all. I don't even see race, and I also think that every human is inherently equal and has the same potential to be valuable. In fact, I love most races, I really do. For instance, I really appreciate the fact that people from different cultures don't take their struggles lying down. They are generally much more brave in their struggles against justice than white people are in our struggles against racism.

I am sure that all races are intelligent and are not inherently slow, thick, or uncoordinated. In fact, the average Asian is far more intelligent than the average white person.

I am also thankful for people who are not white. They enrich my life with their food, culture, religion, and art. My life is better, because they exist. I even appreciate the fact that one of my close friends in high school was coloured - he taught me much about his race, and I learned to value him as an equal, and not just as a coloured person.

I still have the utmost respect for people of colour. I would never want to be treated like coloured people were treated in history, and I believe that every race has the potential to be valued and respected.

I wish you luck, and I am not racist at all. If you are, then that is your choice, but you might miss out on a lot of opportunities if you discriminate against people of colour.

Your friend,

Kightling

---

[email protected]

Dear Kightling

I am writing to express my serious concern that I have something on your case about your racist comments, posts and attitudes.

I strongly advise you to change your views and not make any further racist comments or posts, as your actions could have serious legal consequences.

Racism is a serious criminal offence with severe consequences, and it is essential for you to understand and acknowledge this to avoid any further issues. Please be advised that any further racist behaviour will be reported to the authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm in writing that you understand and will comply with my request.

Thank you for your time and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Best regards,

Daruby Oliseh

Racism Advisory Commission

Please let me know what to do. How are they going to prosecute me if I don't break any laws? What does soliciting me to engage in illegal activity make them?
