We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel so we have been ordering takeout and making pizza on the grill, not great. We made chicken stir-fry last night and was the first time we have sat together and ate a meal in a while. The kids loved it and they can be picky. I have cooked so many meals that my husband and I love that the kids don't touch. I started making a different meal for the kids and it's exhausting. What do you normally cook for your kids and how do you get the kids to eat what you eat?

I'm talking kids here that normally turn their nose up to veggies. Our stir-fry had frozen veggies, chicken, and rice and they would eat it. Was thinking chicken parmesan with pasta and a side of garlic bread and veggies. So they can pick the veggies or bread. I also want to teach them how to cook. My 8 year old son loves to cook but he's getting to the age where he can start doing it on his own with some guidance.

TLDR: What do you feed your kids that aren't picky on a daily basis?
