I found out that my 10 year old sister has a heroin problem

I had no idea. Took her swimming last week and when she got out I noticed track marks all along her arms. I asked her what it was and she said she gave blood during spring break. I asked her more and she said yes, she started using heroin. Took her to rehab and I talked to my parents, they are filing a report about the summer school that she attended.
