Any way to eliminate these for good?

The infestation is so bad in the house I can barely keep the floor clean anymore. I have literally hundreds in a single roll of my yoga mat. I've used essential oils, boiled water, wasp traps, and even a made a custom sticky trap, nothing seems to kill them at a faster rate than they can reproduce. Any one else find a solid way to maintain a bug free home?
