Is there a good way to take a shower between 8pm and 11pm can't get in the damn shower

My sisters are in the shower from 7pm to 10pm or 8pm to 11pm its so annoying they are taking like 3 hour showers between 3 sisters. I have to go outside at 9pm something is there a way to like prevent them from using the shower from a certain time ?
