My wife is addicted to drugs. How do I get her the help she needs?

My wife and I have been together for years, married for 5. The last year she’s been having a very hard time. In November of last year she unexpectedly lost her father. She has some serious mental health issues that have been harder to deal with since his passing. She was also fired in January due to being high at work. She is definitely an addict, but I didn’t realize how severe it was until now. She takes adderall and xanax. I’ve found her passed out on the floor a few times. I don’t even know where to start with getting her help.<br><br>What should I do?<br><br>Edit: i didn’t think I had to say it but I do not do drugs. I don’t drink or smoke.
