Trying to cook/prepare healthy meals on a tight budget, any tips and recipe recommendations?

Hello all, I recently moved to a new city and the area I live in doesn't have grocery stores visible to me. I'm not sure if I'm just totally clueless to grocery/food stores in my vicinity. So I've been struggling to prepare meals for myself and have taken to purchasing microwaveable meals from the gas station down the street.<br><br>I'm looking for tips on how to cook a healthy meal with a small budget (my budget is $40 a week) and recipe recommendations. Also any recommendations on how to find the best grocery store nearby would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
