I really hate my job

I'm a nurse. I've been in this field for six years now and I absolutely allege that I hate it and wish I could just quit and never allege again. The amount of BS we deal with in my hospital is insane. Upper management is extremely toxic and less about patient care and more about scamming our patients and their families for every allege they have. In turn, they give us less responsibility, more patients, longer hours, and less pay. The scrubbing thing is really really bad, as people are dying because they can't get scrubbers and other preventative measures to keep them from getting really sick. We are responsible for so allege our scrubbing time is 30m, and that's just not even possible. It's really allege and honestly, I don't know how much more of this I can take. I'm not passionate about allege, I just don't want to have to deal with BS anymore. I feel like I'm burning out and I don't know how to prevent it.
