AITA for asking for my stuff back after my daughter's mother and I broke up?

My daughter is 3 and she is my world. I recently broke up with her mother after we were together for 3 years. I bought a house for us to live in together and she pays to live there with my daughter. The house is in my name and I pay for my daughter and set up a savings for her.<br><br>She paid me back for the house and I figured once we broke up we would co parent and that would be it. I asked about my stuff she was keeping at the house and she was angry and said it doesn't belong to me and accused me of not wanting to be involved with my daughter. I've continued to pay for my daughter even though she refuses to take the money. I've even tried to stay involved but she's made it so hard and I've talked to my lawyer about my options. I want what's best for my daughter but she's made it hard for me to get involved and she's made it a constant fight.
