A world with more than one sun

There are places on Earth where one sun is hidden by an obstacle, so we see two suns in the sky, which is an interesting scene. But what about a planet with two real suns? I'm sure it's impossible, but what would happen if two stars collided and merged into a single star in the true sense of the word?<br>There would be a bigger star with more mass, which would certainly be able to resurrect some planets, so can a planet be born from the mass that was ejected after the collision? <br>What's your opinion on this?
