I am going to be the most selfish contributor to this page because I need to find a recipe.

I am in a book club and I am the next host. I need to make something that is cheap, delicious, and will yield a minimum of 8 servings. I have never made a casserole in my life because I am by myself. But I love a good Pan Pizza so I am tempted to go just that route. Please help me. <br><br>Some of the ladies are picky about spice level and two others are Gluten Free. I also am neither a vegetarian or a vegan, and I would like that to be reflected in my dish (identical to how I have no desire to make two dishes but do want to include the Gf people).<br><br>I am thinking stuffed peppers, pasta bake, or a Taco casserole.<br><br>I am on a very tight budget so I also need it to be affordable. I am not opposed to making it from scratch. <br><br>I use to be a very successful meal prepper and then I moved to a new state as I am having trouble cooking anything that tastes good. I am thinking maybe a casserole will help me kickstart cooking again because I am disgusted with my take out habits.<br><br>TLDR: I need recipe ideas that I can make for a group of 8 ladies with 2 Gf girls. Need to be on a budget and yield at least 8 servings.
