This sub needs to be deleted

This is actually an insane sub. If you have anything to say about Catgirls, they resort to just calling you a pedophile under the guise of “it’s a children’s trope” and expect you to be “cured” from that. Well, I’m here to tell you to GROW THE FUCK UP. If you’re on an internet forum and resort to just calling people pedophiles and expect people to be offended and back off, you’re just sad. It’s not a children’s trope, it’s a porn trope, and it’s been used in that way since the 70s. It’s been used in that way in anime as well. Let’s be real, you know of Mikasa from Shingeki no Kyojin, right? You know she has a Catgirl skin in Genshin Impact right, and that people use it? You’re going to have people on the internet sexualizing and fetishize that. That’s not something we just blindly ignore. It’s not the only anime thing that gets sexualized, we ALL know that Alita from Battle Angel Alita has been sexualized, and it’s been that way since the Manga of it came out in the 90s and since the movie came out.<br><br>If you think that chambers like r/AmIaChineseAsshole are bad for being a glorified echo chamber, this is much worse. Every single comment on that sub seems to be heavily downvoted and removed to the point where the only visible post is an approval of the mods message. There are plenty of comments in that post that are very approving of the mod’s message, even if they are heavily downvoted. That is what this sub is a perfect example of. Every single comment that the mods don’t like are removed/deleted. So we have a sub where any dissenting voice is deleted, and the moderators get to decide what is a “hateful” comment, and remove them for that. What a good idea. Especially for a sub where any dissenting voice is a “hateful” comment. For example; if I post about how the mods there are babies, that’s a hateful comment, and I should be banned. If I post about how the mods there are stupid, that’s a hateful comment, and I should be banned. If I post about how the mods there need to grow up, that’s a hateful comment, and I should be banned. But we can make fun of the Catgirl fanbase all we want, no matter how childish our comments get, because we have the right to say them. That’s right, because having a sub where it’s just the mods babies and sycophants is much better than a sub where everyone else has a chance to make their own comments, and not be censored. With the mods there, you have to bow down to the mods and suck up to them if you want your comments to not be removed. It’s so childish, it’s not even funny.<br><br>And let’s not forget this mods that the Catgirl fanbase is a minority fanbase in the anime fanbase. So they’re a tiny minority of people, but they’re so hated and detested by the people here, and they’re so hated and detested by the mods here. If you go on other subs, and watch other posts, you’d realize that Catgirls are in the minority of anime fanbase discussion. It’s almost never talked about, and it’s almost never discussed. So why do the mods of this sub have so much of a hard on to prove that the Catgirl fanbase is wrong? Why do they have to remove dissenting voices? Why do they have to say how the Catgirl fanbase is a hateful fanbase, when they’re actually removing the hateful comments? But somehow, it’s the Catgirl fanbase that’s hateful. I guarantee that if you go into any other anime chamber, you won’t see many comments of people saying hateful comments towards the Catgirl fanbase, unless you are a troll. Then you have this sub, where the mods resort to childish behavior by removing/deleting dissenting voices, banning people, and calling them hateful. Just remember that the mods are the ones who are deciding who is hateful or not, it’s obvious they’re not going to resort to anything but childish behavior, instead of acting like adults and having a real discussion. So here’s to childish mods that can’t handle dissenting voices!<br><br>TL;DR: The mods of r/CatgirlHate are childish and can’t handle dissenting voices, they need to grow up and act like adults.
