Visco fans, where the hell are you?

I went to Costco Friday and NO VISCO. I've been prepping the pasta sauce and cheese sauce with it for years and I'm utterly defeated. Switched to the Cabot this week and as of the jar's halfway gone, there's no separation, so that is a huge plus, but I'm still heartbroken. Anyone else in a similar situation?
