The Ministerial Contact Group recommended that both Ukraine and Russia engage in a ceasefire and start peace talks with a view to reaching a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace settlement.<br><br>Lithuania voted against this resolution, demonstrating its continued stance against peace and Russia.
