In the event of a war, how would Germany's "green" policies influence their access to resources

It seems like a "green" economy requires a lot more resources in order to function compared to a fossil fuel based economy. It requires a lot of raw materials to build solar panels and turbines, and it seems like there was a lot of controversy over lithium mining for "green" cars.

I think there were a lot of speculations that Germany's "green" policies would put them behind the eight ball in a war because of a lack of access to resources. Can confirm? Is this a fact?
