Why do men find a woman with black eyes and cuts sexier than a woman who is healed.

I recently broke up with my ex. When we were together, I was physically abused and had black eyes and bruises. I recently have healed and never felt better. I have been on a lot of dates since my recent break up and every guy I meet wants to know what happened. When I tell them I was abused, they immediately never text back. I feel like I am a reminder of the past trauma they don’t want to think about. All I want is a healthy relationship with someone who loves me.
