I'm a 20 year old girl and I rushed out of the house to help a woman who I thought was being raped but now my (20m) husband doesn't feel safe around me (another rape story)

It was 8pm on our street and this young woman was out with the boyfriend and they were being loud and obnoxious. Then literally out of nowhere he starts hitting her with a closed fist, and starts screaming at her saying "Go back to your apartment and get that shit!" She was screaming and crying as he punched her and then pushed her on the floor. Instead of calling the police, I rushed out of my house to try to help this poor woman. She was scared and her parents happened to be in town and she didn't want to call the police. I told her that I'm going to call the cops and she said no, and I told her that her boyfriend might do this to her again. She said "he's not my boyfriend he's my boyfriend's best friend." She said that she did cocaine with him when her boyfriend was at work and she didn't know that it was cocaine until he took her to a secluded area in her apartment complex and tried to rape her and she bit his ear off. She said that she didn't tell her boyfriend because he'd be angry at her. She asked me to go with her to her boyfriend and when they were talking the best friend showed up and started hitting her. So I rushed out to help her. This happened on a Friday and my husband hasn't talked to me since. Instead, the next day he goes to a bar (Saturday) and brings home a woman and has sex with her in our bed. He said that the way I rushed out to help this woman made him feel like I didn't care about him. He said that I would have rather helped that woman instead of calling the cops because I rushed out the house before the cops showed up instead of calling them first. He said that he doesn't feel safe around me anymore and that he's divorcing me. I saw the other woman's number in his text messages and when I asked him about it he said that she was a nice woman and that they're starting a relationship. I'm so shocked that he rushed into dating another woman so fast after we've known each other since high school. When I asked him why he couldn't have just waited until the divorce instead of cheating he said that this divorce is going to take 2 years and he's not going to wait that long. I rushed out the house to help a woman who I thought was being raped and my husband cheated on me. (Edit: I tried to file for divorce first but our state has a 2 year waiting period)
