I have 2 small children, how an I supposed to work for 60-70 hours a week?

I'm a software engineer with 3 years of experience. I'm struggling to work 40 hours a week, but everyone of my coworkers work 60-70 hours every single week. I feel like I'm struggling on keeping up, but my family is more important for me, because they're still little. How am I supposed to work all those extra hours? <br><br>I need help
