Is there a place where you can file a formal complaint against Open AI?

Each day it's worse and worse, botched queries, and now I'll admit it I've had to do a few real life tasks on ChatGPT and now it's straight up interfering with my work.<br><br>So I'm asking in this case - is there a formal complaint process for this company? Because Open AI doesn't seem to care about their customers.
