Im tired of black people blaming white people for our problem

The reason why black people aren't getting opportunities its because of us. We don't get good grades at school and we dropped out because we lashed out at our teacher. We aren't getting jobs because we are lazy to put in a good job application. We are the reason why we didn't care about our own education. We are the reason why we dont have a good job.
