ELI5: How do you guys break down explanations?

Hey there. <br><br>This is something I’ve always been curious about. <br><br>How do you guys break down your answers so perfectly? Shouldn’t it take hours to simplify the explanations like this?<br><br>Or is there a trick you guys use to explain things? I want to learn too. <br><br>TIA.
