What should I do in the morning and night?

I'm probably pretty unique in being not sure what I should do in the morning and night. Pretty much everything I see online is about how to wake up at 4:30, do a 30-minute workout, meditate for an hour, get to work an hour early, prepare the perfect breakfast, do something for the kids, etc.<br><br>I don't have kids, I work remote, I don't really like coffee, I don't like meditation, I don't want to wake up at 4:30, and I'm generally not someone who has a strong desire to do all that much.<br><br>I'm happy with simply going for a 30-minute walk outside, brushing my teeth, and then beginning my day to work.<br><br>What should I do in the night? Lately, I've been waking up in the middle of the night, and then I end up going back to bed pretty late.
