Hello, I'm an experienced truck driver who lives in the USA. I recently got a contract with a well known retailer that has multiple distribution centers nationwide. One of those centers just happened to be close to me. I recently got sent to them and saw a young lady wearing an employee vest. I've been on the road for a while, so when I saw her, I stopped and said "We Found Her".

The jist of this story is that one of my Tb friends had just gotten back from their honeymoon. They had met at an event in which my friend was the guest of honor. Their wedding was a fantastic event in which I got a chance to meet such a beautiful person. Despite my friend's efforts, they were unable to go on a real honeymoon. I had done a similar thing on my wedding, so I offered to take them on a trip with my truck. They could go anywhere they wanted, as long as it was within a 5 day window. They thought about it a little, then settled on a trip to Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee.

Their trip was fantastic. We had so much fun on the road. I even got to meet her parents once they were in the area. We had dinner, then headed back to Memphis to see the sights. So, after picking up our trailer, we were headed to the location where we would deliver the goods. That is when I noticed a young girl sitting on a bench in the facility. She was on her phone, but everything else about her seemed out of place. She was wearing a vest, so I thought maybe she had been attacked by someone. I'm a concealed carrier, and I'm also ex military, so I'm always aware of my surroundings.

So, I stepped out of the truck and approached her. She was so scared, and she didn't look at me. She was constantly looking over at a nearby vehicle. I had stepped out of the truck because the facility was tight, but I still could look over in that direction from where I was. She kept looking over, and I can see that there is a man by a car. He was by the driver side of the car, which was parked in a way that no one else could park there. The man was talking on his phone, but he kept looking in our direction. He knows I'm standing there, but he doesn't seem to care. We were parked right next to a gas pump, and his vehicle was parked diagonal to us, so he was in full view.

I told her that she was safe, and to go get into the truck. So, she hightailed it back to the truck and got into the passenger side. We had been together for a while, so they had gotten to know each other. So, my friend got out of the driver side and got into the center seat. That put this young lady between us. When this happened, the man jumped into his car and began to panic. He couldn't back up because of the way he was parked, so he floored it and sped off recklessly. My friend's wife quickly called the police and they sent someone over.

The girl was so scared. She was crying, and she had her head in her hands. I tried to calm her down, but she was inconsolable. The police showed up, and I showed them the video from my camera. She had calmed down a little, but she kept saying that she was going to be killed. So, the police got her statement and took her down to the station. We gave our statements, then we got back on the road. The police were able to identify her abductor and picked him up a couple of hours later. It turns out that she had been kidnapped by an ex-boyfriend. He had taken her two days before we found her. He had left her at this facility in which she worked, and when she didn't come home, her parents called the cops.

The whole experience was a whirlwind of emotions. I was so glad that we were there. I was on the verge of tears because everything had worked out in our favor. We found her before it was too late. He had planned on having sex with her while at work. He had even snuck into the facility to be with her while she was on the clock. They were in a private area of the facility, but the day we found her, he had parked so that no one else could see what had happened. So, even if his plan had worked, no one would have ever seen him do it. She had lost her job just a couple of days before she was kidnapped. He thought that she would be so distraught that she would come crawling back. But, instead, she had just found another job at the facility.

I recently got a call from her. She wanted to thank me for saving her life. She is now happily married to a really nice guy that she met at work. He's a manager at one of the centers and they are expecting a baby. She's so excited to be starting a family with him.

She was very sweet and had so much to say. She thanked me so many times and told me how much her life had changed since we met. She was the sweetest person I've ever met, and it warms my heart to see that she's living her best life.

So, to her ex-boyfriend, we found her. She's living her dream with her new husband and he's planning on proposing soon. You will never see her again. When the police picked him up, he didn't even seem to care. He was very smug about the whole thing. He's still in jail, but his trial is about to begin. So, I hope he stays in there for a long time.
