I was abducted and taken to a house full of people planning to kill me

This happened to me in 2010 but it's something I will never forget. I was 14 years old, and it was a weekend with no school the next day, so I was allowed to stay up a little later than usual.

I was playing video games in my room when I started to feel a little dizzy and drowsy. I didn't think a whole lot of it at the time, other than being a bit annoyed at how early I was passing out that night. I remember my vision starting to blur as I fell asleep.

The next thing I remembered was being in thick wooded area, in the passenger seat of a car, with no clue how I had gotten there. I was a bit dazed and stumbled out of the car, not recognizing the people who were in the vehicle. It was an older man driving and a younger woman in the passenger seat. A bag was covering my head.

I was grabbed and dragged into this house not too far away from the car. I was slapped in the face and I lost my vision once again.

When I came to, I was laying on a sofa in the living room of this house, with no idea of where I was or who these people were. An older woman came into the room, with this horrible scowl on her face. She had a scowl that was so intense it could curdle milk. She was holding a needle, which I assumed was the cause of my dizziness back in my room.

I was eventually dragged into the kitchen by these people, where there were three other men in their late 20s and early 30s. Right when I was being dragged in the kitchen, my vision started to blur once again and my head began to feel extremely dizzy, to the point where I couldn't even feel my legs. The woman holding the needle hit me in my lower stomach, knocking out what little wind I had. My vision once again faded to black.

When I came to, I was laying in a bathtub, filling with warm water. I groggily got out of the tub and laid down on the bathroom floor, pulling my knees up to my chest. I don't know how long I was in that tub, but the water was warm and not hot, so I have a feeling they were waiting for me to drown had I not gotten out. I laid in the bathroom for a while with no one coming in. I knew at this point that I had to escape. I sat in the bathtub and turned the water on cold, letting it run for a while.

I eventually got out of the bathtub and walked out of the bathroom. All of the people were in the living room, but none of them noticed me walk out. I opened the front door and took off in a full sprint, not stopping until I saw a light. I ran into a gas station and asked to call the police. An officer came to the gas station and picked me up, taking me to the station.

I didn't know how long I was gone, so I was worried my parents were looking for me. I told a female officer what had happened, and she assured me that my parents were looking for me, and that they would be there shortly, but they first had to identify my parents.

I waited in the officer's room for a while until my parents finally came to pick me up. I was so happy to see them, and they were so happy to see me. They told me that I was only missing for a day, but to me it felt like I was gone for five or six days.

Thankfully, nothing too terrible happened to me while I was gone, other than being pricked with a needle a couple of times and almost drowning in a bathtub.

I have no clue how I was taken from my room, but I'm just glad to be alive today.
