Does my friend want to date me?

I (M22) had been best friends with my friend of 5 years (we'll call her Elizabeth) up until a couple months ago. We were roommates at the time that I started dating my then new gf (we'll call her Jessica). Shortly before moving out Elizabeth made it clear that she was upset about the relationship. I thought it was just because Elizabeth was jealous of the time I was giving to Jessica and that she was going to have to find a new place to live, but after she moved out we remained the same ever since.<br> <br>Up until a month ago we were still close, and I invited her to hang out at the home I live now with Jessica, and she accepted. That went fine at first, but after Elizabeth had a couple drinks she started hitting on me a lot, which made me uncomfortable, especially since my gf was also there. I told Jessica and she started asking Elizabeth questions about that behavior and Elizabeth eventually admitted that she had feelings for me. I told Elizabeth I was flattered but I was happy dating Jessica, and she apologized. I thought that was the end of it, but then I got some texts from her asking me to meet up for drinks. I told her I was busy and then she asked if Jessica would be coming and I said yes and she said that was okay. I thought I was crazy but I felt like she was jealous that my gf was coming and I felt that way because she had barely said a word to me at my house if Jessica was there.<br> <br>I got another text from Elizabeth asking me to meet up for drinks again a week ago and I told her I was going to have to say no because I felt like she had feelings for me that I couldn't reciprocate. She then said she had no feelings for me and that she just missed hanging out with her best friend, but then shortly after she told me that's not 100% true and that she has been in love with me for a while and then she said that if I wasn't interested in her romantically then she could just go back to thinking of me as her best friend and that would be okay. I told her I was flattered, but I was happy with Jessica.<br> <br>She quit responding to my messages after that so I figured best friend gone. I got a text today from another friend saying that Elizabeth was leaving the city and asked me if I had heard that. I hadn't so I sent her a text asking her about that and she said that she was leaving in a month. I asked if I could meet up with her to say goodbye and she asked if Jessica was coming and I said yes and she said that was okay. I'm just getting the vibe that she's jealous of my gf and would rather it be just her and me. I don't know what to do.<br> <br>TL;DR: Long time best friend admitted that she was in love with me after I started dating my gf. I told her I couldn't return those feelings. She's moving to another city in a month and I want to say goodbye but I think she wants to be alone with me.
