To everyone who's complaining about the recent ChatGPT 4 upgrade

I'm a teacher who's used to having people in your position tell me that AI makes my job obsolete. I disagree. AI is a tool, and that's all it is. It's a tool for me, and it's a tool for my students. It's not going to replace me. It's going to make your job easier. What it might do is change the nature of the job I give you, and that's not going to be a bad thing. You're going to be working on more interesting assignments and projects, and you'll be less focused on writing essays, for example. <br><br>Also, your entire education is not about what you learn in a classroom. You learn who you are, and how to be independent. You learn how to deal with other people. Your education is not about your grades, or even about your major. While you are in college, you're learning how to be an adult.
