Do people really watch cooking videos, even if they have no plans on cooking?

Last night I was just scrolling through my shorts, and there was a woman cooking bacon and pancakes. I’ve never wanted to know how to make bacon and pancakes, but I just love listening to the crackling of the bacon, and I eat every crumb. I even watched a video of a man making fried pork and mashed potatoes, and I never wanted to know how to make those foods either.
