After reading the comments from fellow Vietnamese here, I would like to say that communism is only good on paper.<br><br>Communism was a significant contributor to the poverty and shortage of food in Vietnam. <br><br>Communism is also the reason that Vietnam can only rely on one industry to support the whole country. This can be seen easily when we see that Vietnam has a high reliance on exports rather than domestic consumption.<br><br>The Communist Party of Vietnam also violates the human rights of its citizens and uses every means to silence dissidents and those who point out weaknesses and corruption in the government.<br><br>Our education system is bad, and we have to rely on private tutoring to be able to pass the entrance exams to universities. You can also bribe your way in. The education system is also heavily politicized.<br><br>The freedom of speech is heavily restricted, and you can go to prison for saying anything that goes against the government.<br><br>I don't know what to say anymore, but fellow Vietnamese here knows what I am saying is true.<br><br>Edit: I can't believe how much this post blew up. I know that this post is going to make the Vietnamese government angry, but I don't care because it is the truth.
