I've never used Chambers before, but I'm sure there are quite a few of you who would like to hear about the good things we've learned. So, let's hear it. I'm tired of complaining. I want to hear about the good things.

The great thing about cooking is that everything you learn, you can apply to anything and with everything... we can learn. (Wish I could remember the name of the great chef that said that. I think it was Lidia Bastianich.) I have found (am finding) that the same holds true for this pandemic.

My mother used to say, "When Satan doesn't have any work, he'll put you to work doing nothing." As others have said with their recipe posts, "Make sure you (YOU) read the comments.

NO, I haven't come up with a list of my own. That's why I opened this discussion. But I have found that I am able to teach myself a lot of things that I didn't think I could do.

So, now it's your turn! What are some things you have learned or thought of from this pandemic?

TIA!!!
