Why do we let women in their 20's date men in their 40's

I feel like this is a huge part of the problem with modern dating, in my opinion at least.<br><br>A 45 year old man is able to date a 22 year old woman. Why don't we view this as predatory? Why isn't this seen as weird or strange or an attack on women? I see these relationships all the time and it's no problem to anyone. This shit is fucked up.
