I had to pretend to be ok with him cheating on me because he was in such a fragile mental state already

I was cheated on in our 7 year long relationship recently and I'm not over it. I'm actually getting worse and worse with time. Even though I've left him and he's not my boyfriend anymore, I'm in deep mental pain. <br>He chose to open up to me about his betrayal. I very much wish he hadn't. I don't know how I'm going to recover from this. I hate my life.
