I'm not getting my kids anything for Christmas

Parents getting a divorce. House is a mess. My kids are stressed out. They know what's happening and they aren't stupid. They know things are tight for a while. I told them we'll only be getting stockings. I don't have the energy to match their expectations this year and money is getting tight.
