Why is it so damn hard to make babies ?

Me and my wife have tried for 2 years already . I have low sperm count (not azoospermia) and my wife's uterus has a damn septum that has made 2 of her 3 pregnancies miscarry. We are finally going to surgery in 2 weeks, she's going to go through surgery to remove the septum and I'm going to get a vasectomy reversal surgery because my vasectomy from 2004 is apparently affecting my sperm count . <br><br>I'm really worried about my wife's uterus and my sperm count. I've read horror stories of pregnancies going wrong in many different ways. I really hope everything goes well . I'm scared as fuck .
