Some dude in front of me on the plane is playing porn on his phone and the person next to him is sleeping

There is a dude one row in front of me on the plane playing porn on his phone super loud and the guy next to him is sleeping. He doesn’t have headphones in and it is super loud. I am not sure what to do. Believe it or not, this is the first time I ever encountered this.
