So here's my idea for my next heist

I work at a certain fast food place and I have been tell it feels like my whole life I was wondering why when ever I get certified for a position I ONLY get certified for that one position and nothing else. The ONLY thing that makes sense to me is that the corporate overlords know that if I get certified for certain positions they would be responsible for certain things that I do here that might land me in prison so they just keep me in certain positions to avoid certain things. Or maybe their just trying to keep me here because they no I tell customers to stop while eating and think I'm sleeping. What do you think they could be hiding from me here?
