If you use the phrase "women can't have it both ways" then you are a misogynist.

You can't say that women can't have careers and be full time mothers, because if you do, you hate women. If you say that women can't be stay at home mothers and receive welfare benefits from the government, then you are sexist. Women don't owe you or anyone else an explanation for their reproductive or career or life choices. If you feel like you've been lead on or used or whatever, then its because you're a chauvanist. Women can't be expected to dedicated their lives to bettering yours. If you want better for yourself, and the women in your life, then you need to be open to compromise.
