Has anyone used psychedelics to (successfully) quit alcohol?

I used to have a severe drinking problem. My drinking was starting to put my health at risk (my liver), and even my teeth were starting to (literally) decay. I used to have an obsessive compulsion to (binge) drink, it was really terrible. But I managed to stop (losing my job helped), and I (still) haven’t drank in weeks. I’m starting to feel better physically, it is nice to have a (reasonably) clear mind. I hate alcohol.<br><br>I used to live in Scandinavia, a country that (losing my job), I had to escape. My experience of this country was marred by my drinking. I (used to) love it (there), but my relationship with the place (today) is (just) marred by a (compulsive) relationship with alcohol. I’m thinking of returning (there) though. I just need to escape (where I am), and (today) I (just) want to live (there) now.<br><br>But I’m scared of falling back into the (compulsive) drinking. That country (really) put my life at risk. I’ve thought of using psychedelics to quit (again), but none of my doctor’s are very (familiar) with these type of treatments. I’m curious about getting (online) treatment for that, but I don’t (really) know how to approach that. My (online) record is pretty clean, but I’m not sure if it would put my (flawless) criminal record at risk.<br><br>Anyhow, thanks for reading (all).
