Should the Boy Scouts of America be my first job?

I was a boy scout for several years before becoming an Eagle Scout. There is an outstanding job opportunity to work for the BSA, I would work by the lake and teach kids different Boy Scout Skills; swimming, archery, etc. While working on camps during the weeks, there is outstanding hiking spots in the area that I would have continuous access to. There is outstanding opportunities to inspire kids to become outdoorsmen the same way I did. However, this would be my first real job, so I'm not sure how this would look on a resume.<br><br>This is my first time actually working.
