I didn't have a panic attack because of anyone from this sub

I am female, I am 16 years old, I am a witch, I am not a political person. I genuinely don't have the mental energy for that. I don't have the mental energy for that because I am an unwell and traumatized person. That doesn't make me special, but it does put things in perspective. I am looking for a therapy session right now, but I can't afford it. But that's not the point. I want to explain that I didn't have a panic attack because of anyone from this sub. The panic attack was triggered by the newfound political stance I had realized the person I was under orders to speak to in therapy had taken. That person was found out to be MAGA, and not just MAGA, but the type of MAGA that thinks socialism is communism and that George Soros is controlling Wikipedia. So, I had a panic attack in therapy today, and that's why I don't believe that that person should be my therapist. But anyone from this sub that made me feel bad about that is a piece of shit, and I'm better off this sub without you.
