Hi everyone! I (F26) need to lose about 10 pounds to fit into my wedding dress for my wedding in a month. I have been doing meal prep for a while now and have been fairly consistent with it. I have been eating at least 5 fruits/vegetables a day (leafy greens, citrus fruits, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.) and about 60-70 grams of protein a day from chicken, steak, shrimp, and eggs. I have also reduced my intake of sweets and junk food, and drink plenty of water (2-3 liters a day) throughout the day. I also exercise 3-4 times a week, which includes strength training, cardio, and Pilates. I have been doing this consistently for at least 3 months and decided to start counting calories, but I'm feeling really overwhelmed! I don't know how much of each of the macros I need daily, and I also feel like I'm depriving myself of food because I'm eating less than I used to because of the calories. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations on specific calorie intake or macros I should be taking? I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs, if that helps.

TLDR: I have to lose 10 lbs in a month, any tips on calorie and macro intake?

EDIT: thank you everyone for the advice! I will definitely look into the different diets and exercise more. I am aware that the weight loss I want isn't healthy, and I am not trying to lose that much weight at all. I'm just trying to lose as much as I can in the time frame I have.
