Ladies who have had anal for the first time, is it worth it?

[Female] I finally had anal yesterday with my boyfriend of 5 years and although it felt good at times. I am still in immense pain today and I’m wondering if it’s worth it. I’m tempted to never do it again but my boyfriend absolutely loved it and it was worth it for him. Do I give it another chance? Do the majority of you ladies enjoy it?
