Why is everyone in the USA not freaking out about the massive amount of homeless people you see everyday?

It's everywhere. Why isn't it a huge issue. A lot of people are saying that this isn't the case. I know you guys know there is a huge homeless population in California. These aren't even the "chronically" homeless people that get talked about in the news all the time. Just normal people that for whatever reason lost their house.<br><br>I just don't understand why its not addressed at all.
