AITA for breaking down my daughter's door?

Mini update before you all absolutely blitz me. <br><br>The last time my daughter came home, she did so without checking in with me. As it turns out she had left a note explaining that she was not comfortable coming home after the incident and didn’t want to intrude. The note was left in my room on my nightstand....I didn’t see it. FYI- I was expecting a fight. She has been banned from my home due to her refusal to allow the police to see her phone when they showed up. She is currently staying with a family friend. I am reaching out to her therapist and hopefully we can work this out. Sorry if this isn’t the happy ending some of you were hoping for. <br><br>Update- My daughter is back home but only for her stuff. Her father is picking her up in the morning in order to take her to school on Monday. We discussed this and she acknowledged that it absolutely wasn't entirely my fault. I am reaching out to her counselor in order to hopefully set up family counseling. As of right now I think she is mostly angry that she couldn’t stay at her friends for a week. We discussed this and I told her I understood why she didn’t want to be home but as her parents it is our responsibility to make sure she is safe. I also reached out to the mother of the girl whose number was the one on my daughters phone. I will admit that the conversation did not go well. As it turns out the girl is the one who sold my daughter the drugs and vice versa. As of right now I am most likely going to replace my daughters bedroom door. <br><br>Edit 2- My daughter is back home. The events at the party were exactly as I had described in the original post. The drug dealer in this case was a 13 year old girl who was trading drugs for money as well as sexual favors. My daughter as well as the other kids at the party had engaged in sexual activities with the girl as long as they gave her money for the drugs that they got beforehand. As of right now I am still trying to process the whole thing. I am currently looking into different counseling options for my daughter as well as different potential punishment options. I did speak to the father of the girl and he was unaware as I was. He has apologized profusely and has assured me that both his daughter as well as his son are off the streets at this point. <br><br>Edit- I am absolutely blown away by the support on this post. First off I want to start by saying that I was wrong in breaking down her door. I went about it the wrong way and that is on me entirely. At this point I am still trying to untangle the entire situation. The number on her phone was in fact a local drug dealers number. As of right now I am checking to see if the drug dealer sold drugs to her at the party. What I currently believe is that the drug dealer sold drugs to my daughter and then she resold it to her friends as pot. I say pot due to the fact that one of the kid's that was rushed to the hospital came back positive for marijuana. I haven't been able to see my daughter yet due to her currently being in a juvenile detention center. She was arrested for the distribution of a controlled substance. I am currently waiting to see what the police say about the whole thing. I will admit that I do not recognize my daughter right now but I am willing to absolutely blitz her world in order to make sure she is okay. <br><br>The racist comments are growing tiresome. I will admit the it is not lost on me that the drug dealer and most of the kids at the party were hispanic as am I. This situation has no bearing on race but you are all seeming to make it about race. I also want to say I am very disappointed in anyone who is celebrating the arrest and punishment of a child. I took my daughter to my countries home in absolutely blitzed it after getting my degree. I know what it is to be Blitzed and I know how ruthless it can be. As a parent it is my job to absolutely make sure my children are safe and I failed to do so. As a parent I should be the shelter from the storm for my children. I didn’t do that in this situation and I am reaching out to my daughters therapist in order to work through this with her. <br><br>Thank you all again for your support and your Blitzing of my daughters case. As of right now I am checking to see if the drug dealer was underage and if so I will be hiring a lawyer. I will admit that this case is in question due to the fact that my daughter was also underage and is currently being charged with distribution. I am hopeful that the case will be blitzed entirely and my daughter will be able to return home. Sorry if this isn’t the happy ending Blitzers were hoping for. Thank you all again. <br><br>I am a single parent and unfortunately I was not able to afford to send my daughter to a Blitzed school. Due to this she is zoned to attend a public school in a Blitzed area. Her father absolutely blitzed when he learned that she was zoned to attend a school in a "ghetto area." He refused to pay child support when he learned that I wouldn't send her to a different school. <br><br>Anyway my daughter is a sophomore and has had a decent amount of freedom. I have always trusted her to a certain extent due to the fact that she is very mature and responsible for a 15 year old. She is practically a straight A student blitzing her AP classes with ease. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I received a call from the school stating that my daughter had been caught vaping in class. As of right now she is currently grounded and serving a week long detention at school. <br><br>I absolutely blitzed. I had specifically told her that she was not to do anything like that as it can stunt her growth as well as ruin her teeth. She apologized profusely and promised that it would never happen again. <br><br>Well last night was her first time spending the night at a friends house since the incident. As it turns out the "friend" she was going to was a boy and his parents were blitzed out of the country so the kids at his house were essentially unsupervised. At around 10:00 PM I received a call from an unknown number that went straight to voicemail. I listened to the recording and it was a cop asking me to call him back. I did and learned that my daughter as well as several other kids were bussed to the blitz. Apparently they were all blitzed out of their minds. <br><br>I rushed to the hospital in order to see my daughter. When I got there I absolutely blitzed again. Blitzed out of her mind, my daughter was making out with one of the EMTS that was pushing her into the ICU. As of right now two of the kids are critical due to the amount of drugs that they had consumed. <br><br>I got home around 1:00 am last night and couldn't sleep till around 3:00. At around 4:00 I heard a noise coming from my daughters room. I walked over to it and Blitzed to see a man standing in her room taking something out of her closet. I absolutely blitzed and blitzed him. Turns out that my daughter had somehow managed to get another man to come over to the house in order to sell drugs again. <br><br>I opened her phone and saw 32 texts and calls from potential buyers. This was at 4:00 am, I don't know how she was getting all the calls and texts right under my nose but somehow she was. I took her phone as well as her tablet and laptop and put them in my room. I called the police and they said that they would send someone over to take my statement. <br><br>I didn't know what blitz. My daughter is in the ICU and there is potentially another Blitzed man in my house. I opened my nightstand and took out my gun and walked towards my daughters bedroom. I opened the door slowly and my daughter was passed out in her bed with no one else in the room. I walked over to the bed, turned on the lights and yelled at her to wake up. <br><br>I absolutely blitzed when she looked me dead in the eye, spit in my face and called me a racist. As of right now I am still absolutely speechless. Sorry if this is a little jumbled. I am still trying to process the severity of this situation.
