Is openAI a democratically run company?

I don't know a lot about democratically run companies, but I've heard about them. But I've been wondering a lot about openAI and how it's run. I know it's a company, but it doesn't feel run as much like a company as other companies. I don't really know how the politics work on it, so I decided to ask for y'all's opinions on it. Is openAI a democratically run company, or not? Thanks!
