Today I got a rare and beautiful sight to behold.

The person I live with is a fervent Putin supporter, and I have had many arguments with him over the years because of this. I used to live in Ukraine so I had a first hand experience of all the horrors that Russian troops have brought to Ukraine. <br><br><br>He didn't agree with any of that and always said that our governments are enemies of Putin so they say all this to brainwash us and to make us hate him and Putin is our friend and so on. <br><br><br>So one day I found him excitedly talking to his friend on the phone about something having to do with Putin. His friend said that yesterday Russian troops have entered our country and are taking over cities. He was like "that can't be the Russian army is our friend" and then it hit him, the truth that Putin is a bad person and that Russians are enemies of ours too and he was speechless and very sad. <br><br><br>He didn't say anything else and hung up and went to his room and closed the door. I didn't go to talk to him, I just left him be and yesterday he didn't talk to anyone. <br><br><br>P.S. I hope that the war will end soon.
